System Logs & Audit Trail
The Audit Logs section, accessible via the Settings area under the Audit Logs tile, provides a chronological record of key system events. This feature ensures full traceability and transparency of changes made within the system. Audit logs capture a wide range of actions, including:
- Creation, modification, and termination of agreements
- Addition, update, or removal of holidays
- Changing holiday limits
- Creation of employee benefits
- Recording and removal of invoices
- Modifications made to employee records (such as adding/updating rates, personal information updates, changes in user permissions).
Each event is logged with:
- The date and time of the action
- The name of the employee who performed the action
- The name of the employee affected by the change (If applicable)
This comprehensive event tracking allows users to monitor key activities and maintain a reliable audit trail.
In addition, the log table includes a "View more" column, offering detailed insight into each event. Clicking "View More" reveals the raw JSON data, which contains all relevant attributes and values associated with the action. This level of detail facilitates in-depth auditing and enhances data accuracy.
