Benefits

Each employee can be assigned various benefits. Common examples of such benefits include a sports package or a medical package. If an employee expresses a desire to use a package, you need to assign them a previously created package. You can create a new package in the Benefits section in the main menu. After creating the benefit, you'll also need to add its price. When assigning a package, only those that have been created and are active will be available for selection.

Assigning a Package

To assign a benefit, click the "Add benefit" button in the top right corner of the "Benefits" tab in the employee profile. After opening the appropriate form, select:

  • Benefit - select from the list of previously created packages [required]
  • Date from - the date from which the benefit will be available to the employee [required]
  • Date to - the date until which the benefit will be available, set for example in the case of the package’s termination

After confirmation, the selected package will be added to the list of benefits in the Benefits tab within the employee profile.

Viewing Benefits

The list of benefits will display all packages assigned to the employee. You will find information about the type of package and the time frame during which the package is available to the employee. If a package is assigned for an indefinite period (without specifying an "end date"), there is an option to edit the entry and add an end date for availability.
