Overview

The Invoices module in Flowtly’s Business Management System (BMS) offers a seamless and efficient way to manage all invoicing activities. It allows users to create, manage, send, and track invoices with ease, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records. With capabilities to manage clients and contractors (contrahents), automate reminders, and integrate with other financial modules, this feature enhances billing efficiency, improves cash flow management, and supports comprehensive financial oversight.

Key Features

  1. Invoices List is a central hub where users can view all the invoices generated within the system.
  2. ** Creating and Managing Invoices**: create new invoices or edit existing ones, ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date.
  3. Create invoice from time logged: generate invoices based on the time logged for specific tasks or projects. This feature ensures that billable hours are accurately translated into invoice entries. You can select the appropriate project, client, and the system will pull the corresponding time logs and possibility to create a detailed invoice.
  4. Send Invoices to Clients: Once an invoice is ready, you can send it directly to your clients from within the module. Flowtly supports multiple delivery methods, including email and downloadable PDFs.
  5. Debt Collection: designed to help you manage overdue payments effectively. This view provides a list of all outstanding invoices, along with details such as the client, due date, and amount owed. Users can initiate debt collection processes, send reminders, or escalate cases based on predefined criteria.
  6. Income Chart: visualize your income over time with the integrated income chart feature. The chart displays income data from invoices monthly. Under the chart the comprehensive table is displayed to keep track of all invoices.

User Roles and Access Options (Invoices)

  • ROLE_ADMIN: Grants full administrative access to all system functionalities.
  • ROLE_INCOMES_MANAGER: This role includes functionality like: adding, editing, and removing invoices, sending them to clients, create and manage Clients, manage Banks and Bank Accounts. This is parent role that includes: ROLE_INCOMES_VIEWER, ROLE_BANKS_MANAGER, ROLE_CLIENTS_MANAGER.
  • ROLE_TAXES_MANAGER: This role provides access to create and manage tax-related documents and filings. Oversee and approve tax entries made within the system.
  • ROLE_TAXES_VIEWER: This role provides read-only access to review tax documents and entries.
  • ROLE_CLIENTS_MANAGER: This role provides access to manage client-related functionalities.
