Accountancy

The Accountancy View is designed to simplify and improve the efficiency of accounting workflows by centralizing and organizing financial and administrative data. It ensures accountants have all the tools and information needed to manage employee records, monitor system changes and track transaction details. The Accountancy View includes 3 main tabs:

  • Employees;
  • Transaction history (MT940);
  • Transaction attachments.

Inside the Employees tab, you'll find a comprehensive overview of all employee-related information, including:

  • Holidays: Detailed holiday types with their corresponding dates for the selected month.
  • Benefits: Active benefits for the selected month, complete with price and coverage information.
  • Agreements: Agreements corresponding to the selected month.
  • Working Hours: A breakdown of hours worked during the selected month. Navigation between months is intuitive, with arrow buttons to switch months and a "this month" button for quick access to the current month. If the current date is before the 15th, data from the previous month is displayed by default. If the current date is after the 15th, data for the current month is displayed. This approach ensures users have immediate access to the most relevant data. For instance, early in the month, it is common for managers to review finalized details from the previous month, such as holidays taken, working hours logged, and benefits utilized. By showing the previous month's data initially, we help streamline workflows and reduce the need for manual navigation. Later in the month, the focus naturally shifts to the current month's data, making this transition seamless and intuitive.

For each employee, the current agreement variant and their position are also clearly indicated, ensuring full transparency of employment terms.

The MT940 tab is tailored for reviewing MT940 files, which are widely used for electronic banking data exchange. Tab displays a list of MT940 files, along with their corresponding dates and related bank accounts. Each file includes a convenient download button for quick access. Additionally, users can select multiple files or all files at once for batch uploading, streamlining the process of managing MT940 files. The Transaction Attachments tab organizes transaction attachments by day, providing a clear and structured view. Each attachment includes details such as the Attachment name, Amount (along with its currency) and Received date. Additionally, a convenient download button is available for each attachment, allowing users to quickly access the associated files.
