Define real project team vs project access

Problem:
People can be added to a project for visibility, but that doesn’t mean they are the team. If permissions are based on assigned-to-project, team leads might see vacations of irrelevant people (e.g., Bernard/Agnieszka) just because they are added.

Proposed solution:
- Add Project core team / delivery team (people actually working on the project).
- Add team lead responsibility mapping (Michal responsible for X people, Karol for Y, etc.).

Outcome:
Scope vacation visibility based on the core team and responsibility mapping.
